Delivery Options Overview
Device Installation to our office or inside Dhaka has no installation free.
Courier Process:
1. Order the Product and Specify the Delivery Method
2. You Will Receive an Order Confirmation Message
3. Wait for Your Order to Arrive
4. Pick up Your Order at The Checkout Area
Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to return the product with in 03 days after its execution.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- The product box was destroyed.
- If the product is physically exposed to any damages.
- If any cable is damaged by use.
- When the device is activated.
- If you want to give back without any reason.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Just knock us online portal , we will provide the information about product present location.
Since we are open 24/7, we also deliver on off days. But the courier issue is different, it depends on the courier company.
Our courier partner Pathao, Paperfly, RedX, Delivery Tiger will deliver the product to the specified address.
